Germany could be forced to reduce or even shut down industrial capacity if the gas transit agreement between Russia and Ukraine is not extended, according to Economics Minister Robert Habeck. "In my view, we are not through yet," Habeck said Monday at the East German Economic Forum in Bad Saarow.
